He has the knack of getting to the bottom of the things and ability to deliver the same in short timelines.

He is qualified Electrical Engineer in 1982 and Industrial Electronics in 1984 from MS University, Baroda and A V Parekh Tech Institute (Technical Education Board Gujarat), Rajkot respectively.

He possesses a varied experience over 30+ Years across industries and positions and has catered to both In-house and Outside training during his 17 years as a Training Professional. He has been working with MNC’s, Indian Companies at both Corporate Level as well as Regional levels and has trained over 20000 individuals so far in locations spread across India from Punjab – Mohali, and Amritsar to Cochin and Bengaluru in the South.  His work is spread across Office Equipment, Technical, Sales, Telecommunications, Logistics, Shipping, Engineering group.

He is certified by Xerox (1986-2001), Gestetner (now Ricoh  2002-2004), NIS Sparta (2004-2006), Tata Teleservices (2006-2018), TISS, Middle Earth HR, AON Hewitt for a variety of programs with functional domains of Soft Skills,  Functional Skills, Behavioral and other allied functions.  He has also been trained and certified for COACHING by ICF certified Trainers during his stint at TTSL.

He has conducted over 40 sessions at Senior Manager level within Xerox, TTSL, NIS Sparta and a few Leadership Level programs in the last 17 years.

Passion

He works well with all age groups and loves to impart and receive knowledge and skills from everyone. He has guided several junior team members to achieve National profiles in a short span using his skills and knowledge and transferring the same to those who are keen for success. He also has a natural desire to be Tech Savvy and keeps updating himself regularly.
