With over 11 years of HR professional experience and worked as Head HR, she is now heading the path of learning & development. She is skilled at conducting Training Need Analysis to understand participants’ requirements and transferring knowledge through tailor-made content designing on a variety of subjects ranging from HR practical training, English Grammar to imparting leadership training. She conducts post-training evaluation (wherever applicable) to ensure maximum retention of the learning. Having worked in CSR profile during her previous engagements, she is committed towards youth education and empowerment by associating herself with NGOs and institutes working towards the same.

All her workshops incorporate the “Story Telling” and “DIY” learning methodology, where people learn their lessons without being taught, learning by doing method. The engagement of the audience is ensured through role plays, group discussions, interactive Q&A.

Recent Training Projects

In her latest assignment, she conducted the “HR Practical Training” training for aspiring students and working professionals. The course is mandatory for these aspiring candidates before they become a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). The training duration is 20 days and, provides hands-on practical exposure to actual processes and functions of Human Resources. The course covers the following aspects:

  • Why the function exists in the organization

  • Standard SOPs (procedure to perform)
